100 × 100mm Working Area. The largest size in the range, with more platform space for larger engine model parts, vises and fixtures. Bring controlled two-axis positioning to your benchtop drill press or milling machine with this 100 × 100mm XY positioning stage. For engine model builders, a larger workpiece often means a larger vise, fixture or more complicated setup. This stage provides a 100 × 100mm working platform and functions as a compact 2D coordinate positioning system, allowing you to adjust the workpiece in X and Y without repeatedly releasing the setup.

Each axis is driven independently by a micrometer. The micrometer has 50 divisions, with each division corresponding to 0.01mm of table movement. Turn clockwise to advance and counterclockwise to retract. Release the axis lock before adjustment, set the required position, then lock the axis to reduce unwanted movement during machining. The 440C stainless steel platform is combined with linear ball-bearing guides for controlled movement. Multiple mounting holes on the platform and base provide flexible mounting options for vises, fixtures, rotary accessories and other machining equipment. For model engine work, useful applications include accurately positioning mounting holes, preparing holes before M2/M3/M4 tapping, and light milling of slots, flats, mounting surfaces, brackets, cylinder blocks and crankcase components.

With its larger platform and 35kg load capacity, the 100 × 100mm version is suited to larger engine model parts and more substantial machining setups while remaining practical for a benchtop workshop.
