Barrel channel is for a Sporter barrel. Stock is for a short action.

Calibers common short action calibers. A short action will measure 7 1/8 from center to center of rear screws. Short action stock will measure 7 1/8 from center to center of rear mounting screws. Stock is inletted for a 1 piece floorplate. Barrel chennel is for a Sporter barrel.
