1950's vintage medical instructional anatomical model comprised of molded plastic. Manufactured by the Denoyer-Geppert Co. The highly detailed detachable segmented brain model, showing a number of cortices, blood vessels, etc. Each component contains a hand-painted identification number.

Used for many years in a school science laboratory. Typical surface wear and slight discoloration. Some students got hold of this over 20 years ago and had fun with a felt marker and put the drawing on the face with the word war and added a on the ear for an ear ring.

They also wrote Drain Bramage on the back but you can hardly see it now. So the marker must be able to come off.

I have not touched it other than a dusting. I kind of like what they did to it. Young mind are so creative. Adds a bit of the MACABRE.
