Hickok Model 600 Vacuum Tube Tester Non-working For Parts Or Repair

This is the Hickok model 600 vacuum tube tester that was released in the 1950s, one of the red suitcase models. The power cord is stiff and cracking so I have not even plugged it in, nor do I recommend plugging it in until the power cord is replaced. Functionality is unknown for this reason. The meter face is cracked but the meter seems OK otherwise. All controls move and all knobs, plate and grid clips, and fuse lamps are in place. The case is dirty and torn, but in fair condition. The face of the tester is dirty and has some rust spots. Unknown what condition the inside of the tester is in, it has not been opened.
